● If you’re under 18, do not attempt to register or use the app. We take the accuracy of the information provided by users seriously, and if you are under the required age, any registration or attempt to use Linko will be deemed a violation of our Terms of Service. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information you provide, nor can we permit underage users to access or engage with the platform.
● Minors under 18 may only use Linko with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the app. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor user adheres to these Terms of Service. Much of the content on Linko is created, posted, and shared by users, publishers, and third parties. This includes text, images, videos, links, comments, and other types of material. Whether this content is shared publicly or privately, the individual, organization, or entity that posted it is solely responsible for its creation, accuracy, and legality.
While Linko reserves the right to review and remove content that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful or inappropriate, we do not have the capacity to review every piece of content on the platform. As such, we cannot take responsibility for content posted by others. The views, opinions, and statements made by users or third parties are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Linko.
We make continuous efforts to prevent misuse of our platform by implementing tools and measures to detect and address inappropriate content. However, due to the sheer volume of content and the limitations of automated and manual review processes, we cannot guarantee that everything on Linko will always comply with our Terms of Service. Linko is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for all users, and we take a firm stand against any form of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE). CSAE, including but not limited to the creation, distribution, or solicitation of any content that exploits or harms children, is strictly prohibited on our platform.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards CSAE and will take immediate action to remove any content that violates this policy. Any users found to be engaging in CSAE will have their accounts permanently suspended and may face legal action. Linko will also report any instances of CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
By using Linko, you agree not to engage in any activities that involve CSAE, and you acknowledge the importance of safeguarding minors and protecting vulnerable individuals from exploitation.
You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. To ensure the security and integrity of your account, please follow these essential guidelines:
● Use a strong, unique password that is difficult to guess and refrain from reusing this password on any other platforms or services. A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters is recommended for optimal security.
● Do not share your password with anyone, even if they claim to represent Linko. It’s crucial to keep your password confidential to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
● Do not create multiple accounts unless explicitly permitted by Linko. Creating multiple accounts without authorization may lead to account suspension or other penalties.
● If your account is disabled, refrain from attempting to create a new account unless you have received written approval from Linko. Attempting to bypass account restrictions could result in permanent suspension.
● Do not buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your account under any circumstances. Engaging in such activities can compromise the security of your account and may violate Linko's terms of service.
● Only access Linko through official channels. This means using Linko’s authorized website, mobile apps, or other platforms we support. Accessing your account through unauthorized third-party apps, clients, or services is strictly prohibited and can lead to account security risks.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help protect your account and ensure a safe and secure experience while using Linko.
Product Use:
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Linko’s software, solely for personal or authorized purposes. However, you are expressly prohibited from the following actions:
● Copying, modifying, or distributing the software in any form or manner. This includes creating derivative works, reproducing the software, or distributing it to third parties without prior authorization from Linko.
● Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract its source code. This includes, but is not limited to, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to decode the software to derive its underlying structure or functionality.
● Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in the software. You must preserve all such notices as they appear, and you may not remove or obscure them in any way.
● Using the software to create viruses or bypass digital rights management (DRM). The software is not to be used for any purpose that could harm or compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or any systems or data linked to Linko’s services.
Prohibited Actions:
● Do not use Linko for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Engaging in unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, piracy, or any form of criminal behavior, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access to Linko.
● Do not damage, overburden, or disrupt the app or its services. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Linko, whether by using automated tools, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, or engaging in activities that could overload our systems or servers.
● Do not share harmful, hateful, threatening, or explicit content. You are prohibited from posting, transmitting, or sharing any material that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or explicit content, or that violates any laws or regulations.
● Do not attempt to hack or destabilize Linko’s software or services. Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other method designed to exploit vulnerabilities or compromise the security of Linko's systems, data, or users is strictly prohibited.
● Only access Linko through the official interface—any unauthorized methods of accessing the platform, including but not limited to third-party applications, services, or scripts not approved by Linko, are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account.
By using Linko’s software and services, you agree to comply with these restrictions and acknowledge that any violation may lead to penalties, including the suspension or termination of your account.
Linko provides access to certain premium features and services that require payment. By subscribing to or making a purchase for these services, you agree to pay the specified fees outlined at the time of purchase. Please take note of the following terms regarding payments:
● Your payment information will be processed securely. We prioritize the security of your financial details and use industry-standard encryption technologies to ensure that your payment data is transmitted securely and stored in compliance with relevant privacy and data protection regulations.
● Pricing may change over time. While Linko reserves the right to adjust pricing for its paid services, any changes in pricing will not affect the fees for purchases you have already made.
● All purchases are final and nonrefundable, unless required by law. Once a payment has been made for a service or feature, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reversed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or other regulations that may apply to your jurisdiction.

● Avoid illegal or prohibited activities. You agree not to engage in any actions that violate local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, harassment, identity theft, and any form of unlawful conduct.
● Do not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the app. Harassment, spamming, or any disruptive behavior that negatively impacts other users' experience on Linko is strictly prohibited. You are expected to treat others with respect and to use the app in a manner that promotes a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone.
● Do not use another user’s account or credentials without permission. Accessing or attempting to access someone else’s account, personal information, or credentials without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes actions such as impersonating another user or attempting to hack into someone else’s account.
● Avoid sharing explicit, violent, or harmful content. You must not post or distribute any content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. Content that promotes hate, intimidation, or threats is also strictly prohibited, and any such content may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
● Do not upload viruses or malicious code. You must not upload or distribute any software, files, or content that contains viruses, worms, malware, or any other harmful code that could damage or disrupt Linko’s services, other users’ devices, or compromise the security of the platform.
● Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas. Engaging in any activity that attempts to circumvent Linko's security systems, including attempting to access areas of the platform that are restricted or protected, is prohibited. This includes exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the app or using unauthorized tools to manipulate or interfere with the platform’s operations.
● Do not encourage or promote activities that violate these Terms. You must not promote, incite, or facilitate actions that would violate these Terms of Service. This includes encouraging other users to engage in illegal activities, to bypass security measures, or to share harmful content.
By agreeing to these safety guidelines, you help us maintain a secure and positive environment for all Linko users. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, if you are found to be in violation of these safety measures.
By using Linko, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your use of the platform:
a. Your Responsibility:
You use Linko at your own risk. The app, along with its services and features, is provided to you “As Is” and “As Available” without any warranties, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of quality, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Linko makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the app or services, and you accept full responsibility for your use of the platform.
b. No Guarantees:
Linko does not guarantee that:
● The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to ensure smooth and reliable service, there may be occasional outages, disruptions, or technical issues that prevent access to the app or result in a less-than-optimal experience.
● Any defects or errors in the app will be corrected. Although we make reasonable efforts to address issues that may arise, we do not guarantee that all bugs, issues, or defects will be fixed in a timely manner or at all.
● The content or information on the app will be accurate, up-to-date, or complete. While Linko makes efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we cannot ensure that all content is entirely free of errors or inaccuracies.
c. Data Loss:
Linko is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to system errors, app operations, or other technical issues. It is your responsibility to back up any important data or information you may store on the platform. We recommend you take precautionary measures to protect your data from potential loss.
d. Third-Party Content:
Linko is not responsible for any content posted, sent, or received by you, other users, or third parties through the app. This includes any material you may download, view, or access via third-party links or external sources. Any content obtained through the app is done at your own risk, and Linko cannot guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of such material.
e. User Conduct:
Linko disclaims responsibility for the actions, behavior, or conduct of its users, both on and off the platform. While we enforce community guidelines and rules, we are not liable for any interactions, disputes, or damage caused by user behavior. You are responsible for your own actions and for how you engage with other users on the platform, and Linko cannot be held liable for any personal or legal consequences that result from user conduct.
By using Linko, you acknowledge and accept these disclaimers and agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk.
By You:
You have the right to stop using Linko at any time. If you wish to discontinue your use of the platform, you can do so by uninstalling the app and deleting it from all your devices. This will terminate your access to the app and its services. If you choose to terminate your account, you will no longer have access to any content, services, or features associated with your account, and Linko will have no further obligation to provide you with access.
By Linko:
Linko reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the app and its services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to:
● Violating these Terms: If you fail to comply with any of the provisions outlined in the User Agreement or other applicable rules, Linko may suspend or terminate your account.
● Creating legal or operational issues: If your actions create potential legal liabilities or operational disruptions, Linko may decide to suspend or discontinue your access to the platform.
● Infringing on intellectual property rights: If you engage in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Linko or others, Linko may suspend or permanently terminate your account.
● Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities: If you are involved in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful actions, including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse, harassment, or other harmful activities, Linko has the right to terminate your access immediately.
Linko is under no obligation to provide the app or its services, and the termination of your access will not make Linko liable to you or any third party. If your account is terminated, you forfeit any rights to access or use the platform, and Linko will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from this action.
In the event of termination, any obligations you have incurred prior to termination, including outstanding payments or legal liabilities, will remain enforceable.
